Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing and feeding assistance.
• Record vital signs and document in the chart.
• Transport patients and patient-related materials safely and promptly.
• Greet and orient patients to the patient care area.
• Collaborate with care team to perform other services as directed.
