Responsibilities

• Directs nursing care and regimen for patients in two or more units.
• Supervises and guides professional and allied nursing staff.
• Maintains and communicates care plans and progress notes.
• Develops, implements and evaluates nursing plans for patients being treated.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care conferences.
