• Schedule, supervise and instruct nursing personnel in patient care activities.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans and progress notes for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient and family teaching and staff training as needed.
• Participate in standards development and departmental conferences.
