Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead staff development and education across units. The role focuses on applying nursing theory, evidence-informed practice, and adult learning principles to promote safe, high‑quality patient care.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the Professional Development Manager, direct patient care when needed, and ongoing educational program evaluation. Onsite work at the main campus is required.

Competenze

• MSN or DNP or PhD required and current certification.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing with demonstrated evidence of leadership progression.
• Competency in adult learning principles and a sound clinical nursing knowledge base.
• ACLS certification required for Critical Care (preferred).

• Orientation, training and professional development of staff.
• Facilitate educational offerings for new initiatives, policies, or equipment.
• Track orientation progress and competency training.
• Provide direct patient care in planned or emergent situations.
• Act as nursing practice leader and mentor to staff.
