HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate unit activities during shifts. You will work with the management team to direct nursing care and support staff in achieving exceptional clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership in staffing, training, and implementing nursing strategies, while upholding the organization’s mission and values.

Formación

• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse license must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• No Travel Required.
• No experience Required Years of Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with management for quality improvements.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Supports nursing strategies, including staff rounding and hourly rounds, to improve engagement.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
