HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Ridgeland, SC, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to oversee patient-centered care during shifts. You will collaborate with the management team to direct nursing functions, ensure policy adherence, and mentor staff to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, quality assessment, and staffing until the shift ends. A patient-first culture and service excellence are central to this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required within 90 days of start date.
• RN license required within 90 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 90 days of start date.
• No travel required.
• No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of care quality in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to promote teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first care and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies, including hourly rounds and staff engagement initiatives.
• Recommends and implements actions for staffing, training, and policy compliance.
