Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Hourly rounding with focus on patient needs.
• Direct care and supervision of any nursing assistants involved.
• Participate in rapid response, code blue, and tele consults.
• Create and document a care plan focused on patient outcomes and communications.
