Job summary

Bronson Methodist Hospital in Michigan seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care ICU Float Pool. The role involves providing specialized care across multiple critical care units, floating as needed to MICU, TCU/SICU/Burn, NCCU, and CSU.

You will work under supervision, following nursing processes and coordinating with the care team to achieve timely discharge and quality outcomes. The position requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred and a Michigan RN

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• BSN within 8 years for Bronson-specific hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across ICU services, floating to MICU, TCUs, NCCU, CSU.
• Manage patient care using nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Document patient response and resource use during each tour of duty.
