Job summary

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, critical care environment.

The RN collaborates with physicians and the care team, applying evidence-based practice to improve outcomes and ensure a safe, compassionate patient experience. This role requires ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and trauma certifications, with an opportunity to work within a supportive staffing model that emphasizes professional growth

Qualifications

• RN license and registered nurse status required.
• ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications within specified timelines.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher required.
• Trauma care certifications within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document administration of care in patient records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
