Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 1 year of relevant ICU/critical care experience.
• Virginia RN license with AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to high acuity ICU patients.
• Float between adult critical care units based on patient needs and competencies.
• Collaborate with intensivists, fellows, residents, APPs, and ICU nursing teams.
• Apply strong assessment, clinical judgment, and prioritization in fast-paced situations.
• Support patients and families with professionalism, clarity, and compassion.
• Offer opportunities for all shifts, full and part-time.
