Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and collaborate with care team to influence outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and support continuous education.
