MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool. This role provides direct care to critically ill adults across units including CCU, ED, and Med/Surg, with a 36-hour weekly night schedule and weekend/holiday rotation.
Eligible candidates will hold Maine RN licensure, have CCU/ED RN experience, and be prepared to cross-train to multiple departments while maintaining competencies in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Job Description: The Role: Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Provides direct patient care to critically ill adult patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
MaineGeneral Health is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool as a Critical Care Float nurse. $36.00 - $63.00 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
