Air Methods Clinical is seeking an experienced registered nurse for clinical flight duties. This role focuses on high-quality care, rapid assessment and safe transport of critical patients, with education support and CBS collaboration.

Nursing candidates must meet flight, licensure, and safety requirements. The position requires recent critical care/emergency experience, and a minimum of one year in flight nursing, with the ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts and travel as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years recent critical care/emergency nursing experience within last 5 years.
• Pre-hospital or flight nursing experience preferred; flight experience required.
• Weight not to exceed 225 pounds including gear.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care from initial contact to handoff at the accepting facility.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and licensure/certification records.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings and checklists.
• Ensure safety standards and proper equipment use on board aircraft.
• Assist neonatal/pediatric transport when needed and support outreach activities.
