Job summary

SriMatrix health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Education) in Everett, WA, focused on critical care education. The CNS will lead teaching, mentoring, and consultation to improve patient care and clinical outcomes within a hospital setting.

The role emphasizes education, mentoring, and leadership, with collaboration across nursing leadership to implement evidence-based practices and enhance care delivery for critically ill patients in the Regional Medical Center Everett.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a CNS program (or higher) or a PhD in CNS, or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Washington RN License required upon hire.
National Provider BLS (AHA) Certification upon hire.
Minimum of 3 years RN experience in the area of specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Lead educational initiatives and mentor nursing staff.
Implement and evaluate improvements in healthcare delivery systems.
Assist in the development and review of clinical care protocols.
Collaborate with leadership to advance nursing practice and patient care.
Participate in research and contribute to evidence-based nursing practices.
