Clinical Nurse Specialist – Education – Neonatal ICU (CNS) in Everett, Washington. Full-time | Onsite. Relocation possible for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and mentorship to NICU nursing staff.
Lead education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Influence outcomes by implementing best practices and systems improvements.
Act as a resource to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring evidence-based neonatal care.
Required Qualifications
Master’s, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD from an accredited CNS program (CCNE or NLNAC) or current enrollment in such a program, or an equivalent Master’s/Doctoral degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
Active Washington RN license (or eligible upon hire).
BLS (AHA) upon hire.
3+ years of RN experience in NICU (area of specialty).
Preferred Qualifications
Current Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification.
2+ years of clinical leadership experience.
Licensed RN in WA (or willing to obtain) and Master’s or higher in Nursing (CNS focus preferred).
NICU experience and leadership/education experience preferred.
