Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor the #CRISPCrew, manage FOH and BOH, and ensure the brand standards are upheld in every interaction.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit and develop talent, optimize schedules, monitor labor costs, and partner with marketing initiatives to grow sales while living the Crisp & Green lifestyle you promote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

Job Requirements:

• Minimum
