Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Minnesota location to lead daily operations and mentor the #CRISPCrew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team development.

You will oversee FOH and BOH, recruit and nurture talent, coach performance, and drive sales through superb service and scheduling. This full-time role emphasizes living the brand and advancing leadership from within.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work at least 50 hours per week.

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant.
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow.
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders.
• Recognize and reward excellent performance.
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation.

• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail.
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more.
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule.
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs.
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day operations creating an exceptional guest experience, and be a mentor to your #CRISPCrew. AGMs need to be masters of the FOH and BOH while understanding how to impact and enhance our people culture.
