Qualifications

• Three years of post-degree clinical experience.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, clinical counseling, or related field.
• Licensed clinician (LMFT/LMHC) preferred.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Experience with DSM-based assessments and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and screening via the Crisis and Triage Advice Line.
• Provide crisis management and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, groups, and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Maintain written medical records of services rendered including triages and evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for assessments and decisions.
