The role includes ambulatory behavioral health care, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, groups, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed mental health professional per state requirements.
• Experience with crisis lines and brief triage assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and crisis intervention for members seeking behavioral health services.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges and make referrals to external providers as needed.
• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in team meetings for quality management.
