Qualifications

• National Provider Identifier required at hire; BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage, screening, and crisis intervention for members seeking behavioral health services.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, groups, and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges and referrals with external providers and emergency services.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, quality management, and documentation in medical records.
