View Point Health in Georgia is seeking a Triage Assistant (Non-Licensed) to support CSU admissions and TOU operations. The role encompasses triage, intake screening, and coordination of referrals, with an emphasis on person-centered care.

You will verify insurance, process authorizations, assist with assessments and treatment planning, and provide essential administrative support. A high school diploma is required, with at least two years in social services preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and two years in a social service-related position or one year at SST010-equivalent.
• Experience with insurance and billing is preferred.
• Familiarity with CareLogic or other electronic record systems is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates admission into CSU, and assists with TOU flow.
• Completes triage referrals, verifies insurance, and processes authorizations.
• Performs comprehensive assessments and interprets information to assess treatment needs.
• Records referrals, census, and discharges in the ECR and GCAL Board as appropriate.
• Provides general administrative support (scanning, filing, faxing, printing).
• Responds to intake inquiries, screens callers, and routes information to staff.
