The position requires an advanced behavioral health degree, an active WA license (RN/ARNP/MD), and DEA registration, with several years of psychiatric care and medical supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active RN, ARNP or MD license in Washington.
• DEA registration current.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for Triage departments and align services with organizational goals.
• Provide administrative oversight of Triage staff and management.
• Oversee crisis stabilization units and scheduling coverage.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff engagement across teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, legal, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with medical leaders on psychiatric medication management.
