Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience in a related field preferred.
• Must have valid Georgia driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care and helps clients develop daily living skills.
• May take vital signs and monitor client behavior for safety.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Completes data collection and documentation in medical records.
