Job summary

Pathways to Community is seeking Crisis Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care in home settings. This role involves assisting individuals with daily needs, administering medications, cooking and light housekeeping, and ensuring safe supervision while transporting clients to appointments and events.

The positions include full-time and part-time options, with competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to float between Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)

Crisis Support Professional Openings:

Friday-Sunday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-10:00pm
7 days on/ 7 days off Thursday-Thursday 10:00pm-8:00am

Compensation: $21 per hour Monday- Friday/ $23.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

In this role you will be making a difference by:

• Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares as needed
• Administering medications
• Cooking and light housekeeping
• Provide constant supervision
• Transportation to appointments and community events

To be considered for this role you must:

• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to float between houses in Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.
• Hold an acceptable driving record
• Possess strong English communication skills
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
