Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college.
• Licensed in Michigan (e.g., LMSW, LPC) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with children and families with mental illness.
• At least 1 year in a lead or progressively responsible role.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be familiar with computers and willing to participate in a 24-hour on-call.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate behavioral health milieu and treatment of the CSU.
• Supervise the CSU and Urgent Care units’ behavioral health components.
• Direct services to consumers as needed and participate in program planning and data collection.
• Develop policies and procedures and perform administrative duties.
