Coleman Health Services in Lima, Ohio, is seeking dependable individuals to work with people experiencing mental health issues in our Crisis Stabilization Unit. The role offers full-time shifts on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with some weekend work expected.

Responsibilities include admissions coordination, direct client care, documentation, and participation in treatment teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma; a related bachelor's degree and crisis intervention experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Five years of mental health experience preferred.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate client admission, stay, and discharge and follow up with clients and care teams.
• Provide direct client care, support, education, and interventions to promote independence.
• Monitor client needs and progress; complete documentation and report concerns.
• Assist with developing skills, independence, and participation in treatment planning.
• Monitor medications and report concerns to nursing staff as needed.
• Assist with meal planning and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Participate in treatment teams, staff meetings, supervision, training, and orientation.
