Job summary

Coleman Health Services, a nonprofit behavioral health provider, seeks multiple Mental Health Technicians for our Crisis Stabilization Unit in St. Clairsville, Ohio. You will monitor client safety and coordinate treatment with the team.

Staff work three 12-hour shifts per week on all shifts. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, FSA, wellness reimbursement, PTO, a $2,000 staff referral bonus, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience in crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Monitoring resident safety
• Maintaining unit compliance standards
• Providing support and activities for residents on the unit
• Consulting with clinical treatment team of case managers, nurses, counselors, and psychiatrists
