Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid California RN license and current CPR certification.
• First Aid certification from an approved provider.
• One year of experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, or adults in a mental health setting; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing duties and related activities for clients on assigned shift.
• Supervise nursing department staff during the shift.
• Accurately document client care in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure quality patient care and safe operations.
• May serve as LPS designee for 5150/5585 applications where qualified.
