Job summary

Lakeview Center in Pensacola, FL seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to join the Crisis Stabilization Unit. The role delivers high-quality, client-centered psychiatric care to adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders, in a 24-hour acute setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide direct care, manage risk and safety, and mentor other staff while ensuring compliant documentation and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold a valid Florida RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with client/patient behavior management preferred.
• Must pass state/federal background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care within a psychiatric setting.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
