Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Nursing Department Supervisor in Irvine, CA to lead the Nursing Department, oversee staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for patients in crisis stabilization. The role requires an active CA RN license and a BSN/MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Must be able to supervise a diverse nursing team and provide mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Nursing Department staff and nursing operations.
• Participate in budget development and policy development.
• Hire, train, and supervise Nursing Department staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with governmental and stakeholder regulations.
