Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a part-time registered nurse to provide nursing care to clients in crisis at the Walk-In Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will monitor vitals, administer medications, and educate guests and families to promote wellness and recovery.

All care is delivered in accordance with authorized prescribers and within EMR documentation standards. The role requires 1 year of behavioral health nursing experience preferred, licensure, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing Degree (or TN waiver LPN).
• RN preferred.
• Licensure required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments for WIC/CSU admissions.
• Monitor vitals, perform labs, enter orders in EMR.
