Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field relevant to the position.
• Two years supervisory experience required or an acceptable combination of work/education/training/experience as determined by Marion County.
• Three years of professional experience in a behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise clinical supervisory staff, program staff, and ensure financial and operational performance of the service or program.
• Oversee staff through case staffings, feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Coordinate with other agencies and partners to ensure seamless crisis stabilization services and transitions of care.
