Job summary

The Archway in Arlington, TX seeks a Client Services Coordinator to lead the Client Service Center staff and oversee shelter operations. You will collaborate with the hotline team to ensure smooth intake and crisis response, while maintaining documentation and grant compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Social Work degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of supervision, and experience in a 24-hour setting. A valid Texas license and bilingual Spanish are a plus; a competitive benefits package is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 6 months to 1 year in a 24-hour hotline or residential setting.
• Knowledge of family violence and supportive client response.
• Ability to stay calm in crisis and handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise all Client Service Center staff and volunteers.
• Schedule staff in 24-hour Resident Service Center at the shelter.
• Coordinate with Hotline Coordinator to align hotline and shelter intake.
• Cross-train client advocates for 24-hour emergency hotline.
