Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Center Supervisor in Independence, MO to lead a multidisciplinary Crisis Services team. You will guide staff, develop programs, and collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to deliver timely, compassionate crisis care.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and quality improvement, with a strong focus on compliance, data-driven decisions, and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field.
• Licensed professional licensure preferred (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW).
• CPI, First Aid and CPR certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Crisis Services staff through hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered crisis services including assessment, intervention, and care coordination.
• Develop and implement crisis service programs, policies, and staff training.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to strengthen crisis response.
• Monitor service quality through data collection and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Oversee budgeting, finance, grants, reporting, and resource allocation; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
