You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality client care, and collaborate with external agencies to improve outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and an emphasis on staff development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field.
• Qualified Addiction Professional certified by MCB or licensed practitioner in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality services for clients.
• Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing and team meetings.
• Monitor regulatory/compliance indicators via record reviews.
• Develop programmatic schedules respecting client rights.
• Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive services and referrals.
• Conduct staff evaluations and support training.
• Respond to crises and ensure proper incident reporting.
• Handle administrative duties including budgeting and schedule maintenance.
