Schedule runs Wednesday to Sunday with varied shifts; starting wage is $26.58/hour with a full benefits package. Candidates should be prepared for a high-stress environment and maintain professional documentation.

Qualifications

  • A.A. degree and one year direct client work experience or three years direct client work experience in a related field required or equivalent.
  • For Residential Program, must complete State Community Care Licensing training during the first week of employment
  • MHRS certification preferred
  • Bilingual and bicultural preferred
  • Empowerment, advocacy, trauma-informed and support techniques for people with mental illness or substance abuse
  • Working knowledge of Medi-Cal regulations and program documentation; knowledge of Santa Clara County resources preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve productivity while managing caseload within program structure
  • Apply Medi-Cal regulations and documentation accurately; maintain audit-ready charts
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical/legal obligations
  • Collaborate with team to sustain positive morale and support
  • Engage with clients and families with strong interpersonal skills
  • Provide high-quality care within scope of discipline
  • Effective communication with clients in writing and verbally
