Rosecrance Health Network is seeking a Crisis Services Manager in Rock Island, IL. The position oversees crisis intervention services and ensures compliance with regulations while supporting individuals in crisis through compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating crisis responses, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Candidates must hold an LCSW or LCPC and possess significant experience in crisis intervention or therapy.

Formación

• Minimum of one to two years overseeing crisis intervention services.
• Three years of experience in therapy with diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical consultation to crisis response staff.
• Supervise and lead Crisis Counselors and Peer Support Specialists.
• Develop staffing schedules for 24/7 crisis coverage.
