Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Services Clinical Manager to provide administrative, clinical, and operational leadership to the Emergency Services team across Exeter Hospital and affiliated locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Independent clinical licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent required).
• Minimum of three to five years of progressive behavioral health experience, with leadership or crisis services preferred.
• Training in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale, and ASAM Criteria.

• Provide administrative, clinical, and operational leadership to Emergency Services clinicians and staff.
• Supervise performance, support professional development, and engage workforce.
• Ensure high-quality crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and referral services.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, patient safety, and documentation quality.
• Utilize performance metrics and data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, community agencies, referrals, and collateral providers.
• Maintain direct service role to stay connected to frontline operations.
