Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and MT licensure (LCSW or LCPC) required.
• Two years' experience post licensure in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid MT Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and current vehicle insurance. Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the crisis receiving facility ensuring 24/7 access, safety, trauma-informed care and compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision of employees and guide decision-making during high-acuity situations.
• Coordinate with emergency responders, hospitals, crisis lines, and justice partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing, including discharge procedures and ARMs/BHDD guidelines.
• Respond to escalated clinical or safety situations with real-time coaching to staff.
