Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required with two years of varied mental health services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate support to reduce crisis events and advance life goals for individuals aged 6+.
• Complete required paperwork and conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide group and individual therapy as needed.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention and transport clients as necessary.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external agencies.
