GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting members in meeting their expressed goals toward crisis resolution and maintaining wellness while living in the community. Additional support in areas of medication management, transportation, counseling, and advocacy will be provided as needed.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is an at-will direct service position within a program. The position is responsible for ensuring that the clinical needs of members are met and that necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Education, Training, and Experience
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and two (2) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services.
