Job summary

The Crisis Response Team Coordinator (LMHP) at Horizon Behavioral Health will supervise mobile crisis teams responding to acute crises in the community. This role will assist in developing community mobile response programming and work closely with the Clinical Director to enhance crisis services.

Qualified candidates hold a 60-hour master’s degree and Virginia licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), with at least three years of clinical experience including supervision of teams.

Qualifications

• 60-hour Master’s degree in a human services field and VA licensure as LPC/LCSW/LMFT.
• Three years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years with serious mental illness, plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• LPMH professional licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mobile crisis teams responding to acute crises in the community.
• Assist Clinical Director in developing community mobile response programming.
• Preferred experience providing crisis services to individuals.
