Horizon Behavioral Health in Lynchburg, VA seeks a Clinical Coordinator LMHP for the Community Crisis Response team. The role supervises a multidisciplinary mobile crisis team and supports development of community crisis programs.

Overnight on-call is required with flexible scheduling discussed at interview. Eligible candidates hold a 60-hour Master’s in a human services field and Virginia licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), with at least 3 years of clinical practice and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 60-hour Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in an applicable human services field and licensure in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Three years of relevant clinical experience, including at least 2 years with persons with serious mental illness, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW or LMFT)

Responsabilités

• Supervise mobile crisis teams responding to individuals experiencing an acute crisis in the community.
• Assist the Clinical Director in developing community mobile response programming.
• Provide crisis services experience preferred.
