Responsibilities

• Responds to crisis situations throughout the facility and implements MindSet interventions.
• Conducts surveillance and environmental rounds, documenting observations.
• Performs EOS (end of shift) reporting and conducts shift hand-offs.
• Provides staff training on crisis intervention and participates in performance improvement activities.
• Maintains consumer dignity, confidentiality and safety during all interactions.
• Assists with onboarding new employees and supports front desk operations as needed.
