Job summary

Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist in Baltimore, MD. This part-time role involves guiding clients through assessment, counseling, and care planning in a residential treatment setting.

You will help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment, support therapeutic activities, and ensure adherence to health protocols while coordinating with care teams and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients by participating in assessment, counseling, and care planning with compassion.
• Monitor safety and health of clients in care at scheduled intervals and document observations.
• Model pro-social behavior and encourage participation in therapeutic activities.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and follow health protocols.
• Provide transportation for individuals entering, receiving, or discharged from care using company vehicles.
• Assist with meals following dietary restrictions and medical orders.
• Monitor activities of daily living and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
