  • Provide crisis intervention to enhance clients’ problem-solving and coping skills.
  • Apply evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Housing First.
  • Manage shelter waitlists and placements across multiple LA-area agencies.
  • Track transportation vouchers and maintain documentation per PATH policies.
