Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 23 years of age and have a valid Alabama driver license.

• Familiarity with culturally competent, recovery-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, community-based engagement and relapse prevention.
• Maintain recovery-oriented relationships with individuals receiving services.
• Outline barriers to treatment and develop practical strategies with the team.
• Coordinate with behavioral health, primary care, housing, transportation, and social services.
