Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group in Victorville, CA is seeking a Resource Specialist to support residents with housing, vocational and transportation services. The role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at the Victorville facility, and offers a pathway toward professional growth with paid CEU opportunities.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Mental Health and at least four years of direct service experience with the mentally ill; bilingual Spanish is preferred; a Class B CA driver’s license

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health.
• Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults.
• Preferred: Spanish bilingual abilities.
• Certifications & Licensure: Valid CA Driver’s License; Class “B” preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with individuals with SPMI, and collaboration with teams.
• Role: providing housing, vocational/educational services, transportation and other social supports.

Responsibilities

• Help residents meet service and resource needs (housing, voc/edu, transportation).
• Provide crisis outreach support in a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth transitions to next level of care.
