Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Licensed Clinical Program Manager for the Victorville, CA location. The role oversees the Recovery Counselors, Peer Counselors, Household Coaches and Resource Specialists and ensures compliant, effective clinical operations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of direct service with mentally ill clients plus 2 years of supervisory experience. On-site work, with on-call consultation included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or marriage, family and child counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, and supervise Recovery Counselors, Peer Counselors, Household Coaches and Resource Specialists.
• Support Clinical Supervisor as needed.
• Administer program components of the facility in compliance with laws and regulations.
