Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Facility Based Crisis Qualified Professional to support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges in residential, school, workplace, and community settings. The role emphasizes recovery, coping skills, and independence with supervision as needed.

You will facilitate relationships with families and community partners, provide counseling support, and perform case-management activities to connect clients with needed services and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with 2+ years of full-time experience or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree not in Human Services with 4+ years of experience in population served.
• License/Provisional License/Certificate/Registration/Permit issued by a governing board is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between individuals, family, guardians, and community resources.
• Deliver strength-based interventions aimed at recovery, symptom reduction and life functioning.
• Coordinate case management tasks and referrals; collaborate with clinical staff as needed.
